- Renewable technologies to supply hot water and heating to reduce electricity bills.
- We also insulate our developments to a very high standard.
- The need to turn the heating on is kept to a minimum.
- Owners are consulted annually
- We always aim to keep the cost as low as possible.
“Living in a Churchill Apartment is absolutely marvellous. The whole building is so nice and warm all the time that we’ve hardly had to use the heating inside our apartment. When we do turn it up a notch or two it’s nice to know we don’t have to worry about the cost or the environmental impact, as it’s all so energy efficient and covered within our annual service charge.”
John and Doreen Pitt, Lewis Carroll Lodge, Cheltenham

Living in Peacehaven
Peacehaven itself dates back to the Bronze Age, but the town was properly established in 1916 by entrepreneur Charles Neville. He offered plots of land as prizes and so began the building of the town. Workers from the cities started building makeshift homes, some out of old railway carriages and army huts, giving them somewhere to enjoy their holidays.
- The local shops of the high street are just 0.1 mile away, which offers a variety of coffee shops, eateries with the nearby Meridian Shopping Centre benefiting from a supermarket, library and a further range of shops.
- There are many options for health and fitness, which includes Meridian Health Centre, home to dentist, GP practice and pharmacy, and a modern multi-purpose leisure centre offering a range of activities.
- The local bus service runs straight past the development, with a direct route to Brighton, which is ideal if you fancy a day out with your friends or family.
