Lockyer Lodge is a development of 40 one- and two-bedroom retirement apartments located near the Byes Riverside Park in the quaint village of Sidford and is just a short bus journey to Sidmouth High Street; with a great selection of restaurants, independent retailers and cafes.
Sidmouth offers Regency history and architecture as well as year-round entertainment at The Manor Pavilion Theatre and the annual Sidmouth Folk Week & Sidmouth Jazz Festival. Popular landmarks include the wide promenade, Connaught Gardens and Jacobs Ladder from where you can enjoy wonderful views of the surrounding coastline.
Due to extremely high demand, we have now reserved the last apartment at Lockyer Lodge. Our nearest development is Riverain Lodge in Taunton where a selection of one and two-bedroom apartments are still available.
Our developments have been carefully designed to make life easier, leaving you free to enjoy your retirement.
All apartments are completely self-contained with their own front door, providing you with privacy and peace and quiet when you want it. There is a choice of one and two bedroom apartments and they may all vary slightly when it comes to dimensions and position of rooms.
Kitchens are tiled with colour-coordinated worktops, and come with integrated appliances.
All apartments are inspected by our Customer Services department to ensure they meet the high standard of finish and quality expected by our customers. Churchill Retirement Living is the only major housebuilder to offer a 3 year warranty period as standard. Churchill is also a member of the National House-Building Council and every Churchill apartment is also covered by a 10 year NHBC Buildmark warranty.

Sidford is a pretty village on the outskirts of the popular seaside town of Sidmouth in Devon. Considered to be the gateway to the Jurassic Coast, a large part of the town is a designated conservation area.
