The regional winners were 12-year-old Bowen from Sutton in Surrey, 10-year-old Thisaru from Hull, 11-year-old Anaisa from Hampshire, 11-year-old Elena from Bridgnorth 13-year-old Roxanne from Thame. and India from Penrith, 9-year old. The winners will share prizes worth over £2,000, shared between themselves and their schools.

The winning Coronation Emblem designs will also be showcased alongside hundreds of other entries at a series of special exhibitions at selected Churchill developments around the country. This will give children the opportunity to see their designs on display and meet Churchill Colleagues and apartment Owners.

Spencer J McCarthy, Chairman & CEO of Churchill Retirement Living, said:

“Congratulations to Eli on his winning design, which stood out from the crowd thanks to its strong colours and bold main image, and the eye-catching detail of four flowers to represent the home nations of the United Kingdom. We’re excited to share his design on the invitations to our special Coronation Tea Party events, as we look forward to celebrating King Charles being officially crowned as our new monarch. Everyone is welcome to come and join the fun and see for themselves the wonderful community atmosphere on offer at our developments, pick up a special Coronation goody bag (while stocks last), and meet our apartment Owners and our friendly team.”

Churchill’s Coronation Tea Parties will take place throughout April and early May, with visitors treated to music, fizz, refreshments, and a special Coronation goody bag to get the celebrations underway for this exciting occasion.
