Churchill Retirement Living ranks 21st in the UK for fastest growing private companies

Churchill Retirement Living has once again been named in the Sunday Times BDO Profit Track 100 list. Churchill achieved 21st place in the league table, which ranks Britain’s top 100 private companies with the fastest growing profits over the last three years.

The listing reflects a period of rapid expansion for Churchill in recent years, with turnover growing to £190 million in 2016 whilst at the same time maintaining industry leading margins. The company now employs over 500 staff in total across six UK offices.

Spencer McCarthy, Chairman & CEO of Churchill Retirement Living, believes that exceptional people and exceptional service is the key to Churchill’s success:

“We’re very pleased to achieve such a high ranking once again in this year’s Sunday Times BDO Profit Track 100. In the last few months we’ve been voted Housebuilder of the Year at the WhatHouse? Awards, Most Outstanding Retirement Operator in the UK at the UK Over 50s Housing Awards, achieved 13th place in The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to Work For, and maintained our top 5-star customer satisfaction rating from the Home Builders Federation (HBF).

“We’re extremely proud of all these awards and recognition, which show we’re on the way to succeeding in our mission to be the most successful housebuilder in the UK. We’ll keep striving to grow and improve, and achieve even more success in the years ahead.”

The 18th annual Profit Track 100 list was published in the Sunday Times Business section over the weekend.
