Standard features
All apartments at Churchill Retirement Living are completely self-contained with their own front door, providing you with privacy and peace and quiet when you want it.
There is a choice of one and two bedroom apartments and they may all vary slightly when it comes to dimensions and position of rooms.
Kitchens are tiled with colour-coordinated worktops, and come fully fitted with a waist-height oven, hob, hood and fridge/freezer. Most of our developments also have integral washer/dryers fitted in all apartments as standard.
Our standards
The master bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes as well as TV and telephone points, with even the smallest details considered.
The apartments come with tiled shower rooms as standard, while some of them have separate en-suites and cloakrooms as well – all designed for ease of use and with the needs of our customers in mind.
All apartments are stringently inspected by our Customer Services department to ensure they are handed over to the standard of finish and quality expected by our customers.

A historic town with great links to the capital
This development of one and two bedroom apartments is located less than half a mile from the town centre of Farnborough. Situated in the north east of Hampshire, and close to the Surrey border, this is a popular and thriving town.
- Situated on junction 4 of the M3, Farnborough is easily accessible by road; 34 miles south west of London and 16 miles east of Basingstoke. Farnborough has good links to London and Basingstoke from the main line station operated by South West trains whilst Farnborough North railway station is on the North Downs Line.
- Farnborough has a good range of shopping facilities located in the Queensmead shopping area which is a pedestrian only area, and The Meads Shopping Centre. These areas are home to high street brands such as Debenhams and Boots as well as independent traders. There is a large Sainsbury’s and an Asda supermarket which also accommodates the local post office.
- A market takes place in Queensmead shopping centre every Tuesday and Friday from 9am until 4.30pm, while the shopping centre also plays host to a monthly craft market as well.
- The Farnborough Air Show takes place in July attracting 80,000 visitors to see aircraft both in the air and on the ground.
- This new development is located on Victoria Road where bus stops are located, offering services to Cove, Pinewood Park, Frimley, Frimley Park Hospital, Heatherside, Camberley, North Camp and Aldershot.
