A diet of fruit, vegetables and fish will give you the nutrients to keep your skin glowing long into your retirement years. Look out in particular for Vitamin C, which helps to nourish your skin, and foods rich in Omega-3, which leads to improved hydration and skin health.<\/span><\/p><h3>If you haven\u2019t already, stop smoking!<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">You might think you can get away with smoking once in a while, but doing so will only do more damage to your skin. Smoking can lead to wrinkles, accelerates the aging process, and causes dry skin by reducing the moisture in your body.
