Apartment Owner and keen amateur artist Alan Lark has produced around 40 stunning watercolours which he is kindly offering to interested buyers in return for a donation.<br><br>The event will take place at 11am on Wednesday 23<sup>rd<\/sup> June, with refreshments served in the development\u2019s spacious Owners\u2019 Lounge. I\u2019m completely self-taught and only paint for pleasure, and during the last year I\u2019ve been putting some of my creations on display in the Owners\u2019 Lounge to cheer people up and connect with them while we haven\u2019t been able to socialise as much. Churchill kindly offered to help mount around 40 of them for a proper exhibition once all the lockdown restrictions are lifted, so I thought why not go for it as a way to raise money for the local RNLI. Everyone here is looking forward to it!\u201d<\/p><p>As well as the art exhibition there will also be an informative talk from local historian Colin Vosper, a retired lecturer from South Devon College and expert on a range of local history topics.<\/p><p>Jo Ridehalgh, Churchill\u2019s Regional Marketing Executive, said: \u201cWe\u2019re delighted that Alan has agreed to exhibit his amazing paintings, and we\u2019re really looking forward to welcoming people to see them and help raise money for the RNLI.
