After deciding to downsize from a 3 bedroom bungalow, Rob Beck chose Churchill\u2019s Eliot Lodge<\/a> in Ashbourne for its added safety, relaxed lifestyle and peace of mind. <\/span><\/p>

He recalls: \u201cHaving seen the location where the apartments were being built with all the local amenities close by I came to the conclusion this could be right for me. I received an invitation from Churchill to attend the open day and after listening to what was said and talking to the Sales people who were very helpful I reserved my apartment.<\/span><\/p>

\u201cI sold my bungalow through Churchill's Selling Made Easy scheme who handled everything for me, so no hassle for me getting in touch with estate agents or chasing them up etc. My property sold within 8 days. Following on from that I got downsizing help and advice with the move and everything went smoothly, up to and including having free removals with the firm doing all the packing for me, I just sat back and watched!<\/span><\/p>
