Churchill Retirement Living has given a warm welcome to its first new apartment Owners at Lockyer Lodge<\/a> in Sidford, where a thriving community is starting to take shape. Despite the lockdown, the first wave of Owners are enjoying an independent lifestyle since moving into their brand new one and two bedroom apartments, and Lodge Manager Tina has put all the necessary measures in place to keep everyone safe.<\/p>

Among the new Owners is Barbara Baigent who says: \u201cI like everything about Lockyer Lodge. A load has been lifted off my shoulders and I feel 20 years younger. Two of my new neighbours here are also called Barbara which is great \u2013 the more the merrier! My message to anyone else considering a move to Lockyer Lodge would be don\u2019t delay \u2013 just do it, you won\u2019t regret it. Living here is all that I thought it would be and more.\u201d<\/p>

Barbara Roberts \u2013 another of the trio \u2013 is delighted that her pet poodle Molly was able to join her for the move to her new apartment. \u201cSeeing her enjoy a post-walk nap, all cosy and calm in our apartment is a joy,\u201d she says. \u201cThe Churchill and Millstream team work very hard but still maintain their warm and caring approach as they help new apartment Owners move here and settle in. I\u2019d like to thank them for creating such a warm, settling and happy home for me and Molly.\u201d<\/p>
