Churchill Retirement Living has launched a competition for local people to name its new retirement development which is now under construction in Witham.<\/p>\n

The retirement specialist is inviting local residents to put forward a name for the development of 58 one and two bedroom apartments on Bridge Street, close to the heart of town. Launching early next year, the new development will be conveniently located close to local shops and amenities, and well served by public transport.<\/p>\n

The competition closing date is 31st<\/sup> March 2021 and the lucky winner will receive \u00a3100 from Churchill Retirement Living. The winning name will also appear on the development itself and in all related marketing literature.<\/p>\n

The new privately-owned apartments will provide attractive, high quality, secure, self-contained accommodation in landscaped grounds. Buyers will have the benefits of a communal Owners\u2019 Lounge, a Guest Suite, a Lodge Manager, and a 24 hour emergency call alarm service.<\/p>\n

Churchill\u2019s Regional Marketing Executive Dawn Coster said: \u201cWe\u2019re delighted to be bringing our new development to Witham and have seen lots of interest from local over 60s keen to find out more about the benefits of the retirement living lifestyle. Anyone interested in finding out more about what this new development has to offer can register their interest now for updates, and be among the first to find out when the apartments will be released for sale.\u201d<\/p>\n
