Churchill Retirement Living has launched a competition for local people to name its new retirement development in Orpington.<\/a><\/p>

The retirement specialist is inviting local residents to put forward a name for the development of 27 one and two bedroom apartments which is under construction on Station Road, close to the heart of town. Launching at the end of this year, the new development will be conveniently located close to local shops and amenities, and well served by public transport.<\/p>

The Company has also published a new CGI image showing what the finished development will look like.<\/p>

The competition closing date is 28th<\/sup> February 2021 and the lucky winner will receive \u00a3100 from Churchill Retirement Living. The winning name will also appear on the development itself and in all related marketing literature.<\/p>

The new privately-owned apartments will provide attractive, high quality, secure, self-contained accommodation in landscaped grounds. Buyers will have the benefits of a communal Owners\u2019 Lounge, a Guest Suite, a Lodge Manager, and a 24 hour emergency call alarm service.<\/p>

If more than one person suggests the winning name, the winner will be randomly selected. The chosen name is subject to approval by the Local Authority.<\/p>
