He also concluded that the removal of the existing buildings on the site \u2013 which are non-designated heritage assets (NDHAs) \u2013 would be acceptable.<\/p><p>The new privately-owned apartments will provide attractive, high quality, secure, self-contained accommodation in landscaped grounds, perfectly located for the shops and amenities of the town centre, and close to public transport links.
