Churchill Retirement Living<\/a> and its management company Millstream Management Services<\/a> have been awarded a \u2018Mark of Distinction\u2019 by Keep Me Posted<\/a>, recognising their commitment to providing Customers with paper copies of all bills and correspondence.<\/p>\n

Churchill is the first housebuilder to be awarded the \u2018Best Practice\u2019 Mark of Distinction. The retirement specialist and its management arm have over 8,500 customers and apartment Owners across the UK who will see their right to receive paper bills and correspondence, without charge or penalty, protected. Churchill\u2019s charitable arm \u2013 the Churchill Foundation<\/a> \u2013 will also become an official Partner of the campaign.<\/p>\n

The Keep Me Posted campaign calls on organisations including banks, councils, utility companies and telecoms providers, to give their customers a choice in how they are communicated with. The \u2018Best Practice\u2019 Mark of Distinction means customers can instantly recognise when a business has made a commitment to providing its customers with paper bills and statements.<\/p>\n

On being presented with the Mark of Distinction certificate at Churchill\u2019s new Heath Lodge development in Pinner, Churchill\u2019s Brand Ambassador Dame Esther Rantzen DBE said:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Silver Line, the free confidential helpline for older people which I founded in 2012, is also a supporter of the Keep Me Posted campaign.
