Local MP Tom Brake joined Churchill Retirement Living on Friday 23rd November to officially open its new Laurel Lodge development in Carshalton.<\/a><\/p>

Locals visited the Lodge on Denmark Road to see Mr Brake take part in an official ribbon cutting ceremony with Churchill\u2019s Regional Sales & Marketing Director, Lesley Benwell.<\/p>

Visitors to the event were also given the opportunity to view the development\u2019s beautiful Show Complex, before being treated to a glass of fizz and canap\u00e9s in the Owners\u2019 Lounge.<\/p>

Tom Brake MP said: \u201cI was pleased to be asked to open the new Laurel Lodge development in my constituency, and it was an honour to cut the ribbon. Retirement properties are a crucial part of meeting the UK\u2019s housing challenge and Churchill\u2019s new development is a significant addition to the housing provision here in Carshalton.<\/p>
