Churchill Retirement Living is inviting locals to join them at its Simmonds Lodge<\/a> development in Drayton for a special Sparkling Opening Weekend on Friday 6th<\/sup> and Saturday 7th<\/sup> October.<\/p>

Visitors to the Lodge located on Havant Road will be given the chance to view the stunning last few remaining one and two-bedroom apartments for sale, while being treated to sparkling wine and nibbles in the Owners\u2019 Lounge. The event will be held between 11am and 3pm on both days.<\/p>

Simmonds Lodge comprises 51 one and two bedroom private, self-contained apartments specially designed for the over 60s. The last remaining apartments start from \u00a3258,950 for a one-bedroom, and from \u00a3365,950 for a two-bedroom apartment.<\/p>
