Sisters Sybil and Margaret Lown were two of the first Owners to move to the Lodge from South Lincolnshire. Having been neighbours for over 60 years the two decided the time was right to move closer to family.<\/p>

Sybil said: \u201cWhen we decided it was time to move, location was very important. We looked at a number of retirement developments but Caterham Lodge really stood out to us because everything we needed is on the doorstep. It\u2019s close to all of the local shops and the train station, bus stop and taxi rank. The transport links are so good that I ended up selling my car!\u201d<\/p>

\u201cWe have settled in very well and are extraordinarily lucky to have met such nice people at the Lodge. We regularly go down to the Owners\u2019 Lounge for lunch and to socialise. Kim the Lodge Manager is also wonderful and very caring. She is always on hand to help with any problems we might have, which is very reassuring. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her.\u201d<\/p>

Caterham Lodge on Stafford Road, offers a range of one and two bedroom apartments exclusively designed for the over 60s. The apartments boast spacious rooms throughout and are an ideal combination of design and functionality.
