Churchill Retirement Living, the UK\u2019s fastest growing privately owned retirement housebuilder, has opened an on-site Welcome Centre at its new Alfred Lodge development in Bridport<\/a> due to high demand from local retirees.<\/p>

Over a third of the apartments have already been reserved off plan and potential purchasers are being encouraged to make an appointment to visit the new Welcome Centre adjacent to the site on Rax Lane to secure one of the purpose built one and two bedroom retirement apartments.  <\/p>

Caroline Haswell, regional marketing manager for Churchill Retirement Living said: \u201cWith more than 11.1 million people in the UK aged 65 or over, we believe better provision of housing for older people and the need to ensure there are sufficient, good quality retirement living options to meet the needs of an ageing population is an absolute priority.<\/p>
