Ringwood-based housebuilder Churchill Retirement Living has once again received the maximum five star rating in an independent customer satisfaction survey.<\/p>\n
The national survey, undertaken by industry body the Home Builders Federation (HBF), asked Owners how satisfied they were with the quality of their new property and whether they would recommend their housebuilder to a friend. Churchill was one of only 15 developers in the country to achieve a five star rating.<\/p>\n
91% of Churchill\u2019s Owners would recommend them, compared to an industry benchmark of 84%. The specialist housebuilder also achieved 91% for quality which means that 91% of Owners stated they were \u2018Very Satisfied\u2019 or \u2018Satisfied\u2019 with the quality of their new home. The benchmark was 84%.<\/p>\n
The results of the survey, now in its 12th<\/sup> year, were announced by the HBF\u2019s Executive Chairman, Stewart Baseley, at a special presentation at the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in Parliament Square, London on Wednesday 29th<\/sup> March.<\/p>\n Clinton McCarthy, Managing Director of Churchill Retirement Living, said:<\/p>\n “We are delighted to once again achieve this top rating for customer satisfaction, based on an independent survey of our Owners. At Churchill we are constantly looking to improve what we do, to provide the highest quality apartments and the best customer service. To know that 91% of our Owners would recommend us to a friend is an encouraging sign that we\u2019re getting things right, and it\u2019s a credit to our award-winning team. But there is still plenty more to achieve, so we\u2019ll keep striving to get even better.”<\/p>\n Stewart Baseley, Executive Chairman of the Home Builders Federation, said:<\/p>\n “Housebuilders remain committed to delivering the high quality product our customers quite rightly expect, and responding appropriately when issues arise.
