Some Churchill apartments are also subject to a further 1% community event fee on sale which goes towards funding of the communal spaces which are a key feature of retirement communities<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #800000; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Our Service Charges explained...<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Many Owners are pleasantly surprised that the <a href=\"..\/..\/service-charges-explained\/\">service charges<\/a> for their apartment frequently work out less than what they were paying, in comparable costs, on their previous property.
